I am so excited about all of these recipes!
Here's mine! Takes a bit of explaining though.
I get the three pack Free Range Chicken and use one of those.
It is about 1 lb of chicken.
Add 4 tablespoons of coconut oil.
1 Purple/Red onion (cut as you prefer)
Fill the crock pot the rest of the way with water
Cook on Low for 10 hours
Optional: Vegetables
I normally add the vegetables in when reheating because I don't like mushy veggies.
Perfect and fast for cold days and you can freeze it as well! I wait for it to cool then put it into Zip Lock bags and stick in the freezer.0 -

Chicken Stroganoff
4 Chicken breasts ( fresh or frozen)
1 16 ounce Fat Free Sour Cream
1 can of Fat Free Cream of Chicken soup
1 Packet of Lipton's onion soup (have used generic)
Place the chicken breast in the bottom of the crock pot. Mix the sour cream, cream of chicken soup and onion soup together until well blended.
