    Thanks everyone! It's not always easy, but it's my new 'normal' and it has gotten easier.

    I remember when I was talking to my DH about doing this for real this time but I was scared because I had so much to lose. I said "what if I try and I can't do it?" He said, "then we'll just try again"

    It was such a light bulb moment for me. And such a relief. You don't have to be perfect, just persistent! Never give up!

    You both look amazing. You have inspired me to carry on I have lost 42lbs but have come to a plateau and was thinking what the bloomin point.

    you look great!! i love love love that you did this with your family. i think it's also important how you say "you are just a regular person" because it shows any typical woman like yourself with a busy life and family can still make it happen!! way to go!!
