I'm in... This is so exciting, I'm pumped... I'm just seeing this now and its already November 2nd and only 3 days left in the week. I'll make my goal 180 minutes but starting next week it will be 360 minutes and counting.

Total: 364! I did it! Since I double weekend workouts...I am going to up my goal to 500 minutes! I'm not sure I can do it, but if I walk for an hour each day and do my aerobics tomorrow night, then I should make it.0

Week one was a flop for Mollie!! Not sure what is going on in the beginning of my months here but this is the 2nd or 3rd month where my 1st week has been a total flop. Fo me a total flop is when I don't even get 180 in :grumble: :noway: I thought about getting my butt up last night and doing a dvd but I did not have it in me. I had HRM on and still did not move me into action, so this week going for 220 again.

Sorry I fell off the band wagon but no fear you all have inspired me to work it out this week for sure!! NO EXCUSES!!! If you did not reach your goal just keep trying and you will reach your goal!! Success is never giving up!!
I see a 2nd thread for sure in our future. If we can keep the momentum until the end of the month I see a part 3 for sure. Unfortunately right around the holidays the momentum falls off. Can you all keep it going the whole month? I know we can so let's do it!!!
