    Pineapple Pork Tenderloin

    1 pork tenderloin
    1 pkg onion soup mix
1 can of diced pineapple with juice
    Dash of worchesterchire
    Salt, pepper, thyme to taste

Cook on low for 10 hours. This is great on tortillas with veggies and cheese.

check out www.skinnytaste.com I am currently making the pork carnitas slow cooker recipe and they are fabulous. My family loves it. I have also made the chicken pot pie soup and again it was good. She has easy to follow low fat recipes. Good luck!

    1 lb stew meat (beef)
    1/4 c beef broth
    4 c broccoli (1 frozen bag)
1 packet of onion soup mix.

Put everything in except the broccoli (unless it's fresh, in which case, toss it in too), cook 4-6 hours, add frozen broccoli 30 minutes before finished. Enjoy with noodles or over rice or quinoa.

    sounds good!

Try chicken with some Frank's Red Hot sauce poured over it. Shred and serve on thin buns. If you have the extra calories available it's really good with a little ranch dressing.
