sounds yummy!0

Shouldn't these be called banana fritters or something? I think a pancake has to have some kind of cake ingredients, no?
El DIABLO! Now I'm hungry!0 -
Going to try this weekend! Thanks!0

These sound like they would make a nice healthy after school snack for the kids. They are always starving after school.0

I'm thinking scrambling 2 eggs and eating a banana on the side sounds much more appetizing to me.0

As long as you are sure to completely combine the egg and the banana, no, they will not turn out like an egg omelette! They really do end up with a pancake consistency. I enjoy the egg white idea... Sounds fluffier and would be more convenient since I never use whole eggs. I just buy egg whites.
As far as the blender goes, yes! I have read multiple people on the blogilates posts say they use blenders and they turn out well (and I'm assuming it would turn into a much smoother consistency than my horrid mashing skills!)0 -
They don't taste like eggs! At least not to me!
And here's a photo from the website
those look reeeeally thin. id have to ruin the health benefire by adding a shmear of nutella. lmao0 -

BUMP!!!!! THANKS!!0

I coat the pan with zero cal spray butter, but I think she suggests coconut oil in the video or just a regular pan cooking spray.0
-
That sounds easy and great! I love my sweet stuff. Thanks for info.0

Thaks for posting this! Just made them for brekkie and they are yummy - so light, it's like eating clouds!
I used a very ripe banana, so it was super easy to mash. I mashed with a spud masher for about 10 seconds, then whisked in the eggs for maybe 20 seconds with a normal balloon whisk.
I also added fresh strawberries from the garden after it was cooked.
ETA: and, no, they taste NOTHING like eggs0 -
Bump! May have to try this weekend0
