    MFP has "strength training" and "calisthenics." Both of these are in the cardio exercises.

    MFP has "strength training" and "calisthenics." Both of these are in the cardio exercises.

    If you have a heart rate ;monitor you can find out your own calorie burn for your for weight training session :flowerforyou:

    Nov 2 - Sick, so nuthin
    Nov 3 - 20 minutes soccer in Parents vs 8th grade girls team, 40 minute dog walk
    Nov 4 - 40 minute run with the dog
    Nov 5 - 30 minute dog walk, 45 minutes tennis with Mr C.
    Nov 6 - 60 minute run on the lakeshore with my dog :happy:
    Nov 7 - 30 minute dog walk
    Nov 8 - 45 minutes raking lawn, 45 minutes mowing
    Nov 9 - 50 minutes of tennis on the wall, 20 minutes walk dog (to & from the tennis court :o)
    Nov 10 - Veteran's day 5k
    Nov 11 - 30 minute dog walk
    Nov 12 - 40 minute dog walk, 30 minutes basketball - non game, just me playing around on the court.
    Nov 13 - 40 minute run on the lakeshore with my dog, 15 minutes calisthenics
    Nov 14 - Tennis 60 minutes, and 5 minutes running up and down the stairs in my house (I needed a few more calories to "pay" for that Klondike Bar I wanted. What would you do for a Klondike bar?)
    Nov 15 - Swim 45 minutes, 40 minute dog walk.
    Nov 16 - yard work 1 hour, dog walk 45 minutes

    Nov 1 - 30 minute dog walk, 55 minutes fitness course w/ pushups, tri-dips, ab crunches, hanging crunches, & once across the monkey bars.
    Nov 2 - Sick, so nuthin
    Nov 3 - 20 minutes soccer in Parents vs 8th grade girls team, 40 minute dog walk
    Nov 4 - 40 minute run with the dog
    Nov 5 - 30 minute dog walk, 45 minutes tennis with Mr C.
    Nov 6 - 60 minute run on the lakeshore with my dog :happy:
    Nov 7 - 30 minute dog walk
    Nov 8 - 45 minutes raking lawn, 45 minutes mowing
    Nov 9 - 50 minutes of tennis on the wall, 20 minutes walk dog (to & from the tennis court :o)
    Nov 10 - Veteran's day 5k
    Nov 11 - 30 minute dog walk
    Nov 12 - 40 minute dog walk, 30 minutes basketball - non game, just me playing around on the court.
    Nov 13 - 40 minute run on the lakeshore with my dog, 15 minutes calisthenics
    Nov 14 - Tennis 60 minutes, and 5 minutes running up and down the stairs in my house (I needed a few more calories to "pay" for that Klondike Bar I wanted. What would you do for a Klondike bar?)
    Nov 15 - Swim 45 minutes, 40 minute dog walk.
    Nov 16 - yard work 1 hour, dog walk 45 minutes
    Nov 17 - bike ride 55 minutes, gardening 2.5+ hours.
    Nov 18 - run 45 minutes with dog
