    My friend and and I walked for two hours yesterday. It was amazing before we started and after we finished there was horrible snow showers but we got sunshine! It must have been an omen.

    11/2: 65 minutes of Walking with C25K run intervals (W4D3) with 5 minutes of stretching.
    11/4: 60 minute walk with my sister!
    11/6: 65 minutes of Walking with C25K run intervals (W5D1) with 5 minutes of stretching
    11/7: 30 minutes of walking
    11/11: 60 minute walk with my husband
    11/14: 35 minutes of walking and attempt at C25K W5 Day 2 but my knee had problems with it so I had to turn around and walk back.
    11/16: 35 minutes walk to work
    11/20: 90 minute walk in the cold rain, it was to be an hour but I got stuck behind a park vehicle with a leaf blower so I turned around to get some peace and quiet and walked around lake the other way. I had already walked more than a half mile.

    Count me in, this is what I have for the month so far barring today as my day isn't quite over yet.

    11-1= 20,230 steps = 8.19 miles
    11-2= 26,333 steps = 11.1 miles
    11-3= 12,332 steps = 4.98 miles
    11-4= 16,980 steps = 8.43 miles
    11-5= 16,506 steps = 8.01 miles
    11-6= 18,340 steps = 8.42 miles
    11-7= 31,186 steps = 13.90 miles

    Call me nuts but I'm shooting for 200 miles.

    Added first week to this and have walked 134.07 miles since the first of November. I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm gonna top that 200 mile goal fairly easily I may just have to up that goal.

    Adding in the first two weeks of miles to this week gives me a grand total of....249.81 miles. Made my goal with a week to spare, lets see how far much further I can go next week. If you do the math and it looks weird its because I just realized that I completely forgot to add the 7th of November into the list of days. Its fixed now so now everything should be is right.
    Edit : Just for giggles I added the total steps too, I am currently at 827,294.

    just decided to diet yesterday , I love walking ,a half a stone in weight can make a big difference in how far you can walk .

    4 miles yesterday
    7 miles today


    and that's weighing 15 stone . when I get to 9 stone im gonna walk to the moon.

    Monthly total is 338.30 miles. Whew. Even with my fiitbit I never realized just how many miles I do in a month and the month isn't quite over yet.
