Hi. I might give this a try from now. I know I missed three weeks and a day but I've still clocked an impressive 4hrs today with not stopping at work the entire day (which I condensed to half the time actually there)
It might motivate me to get moving again as I've slacked to a hault on the exercise part (once more) and the only exercise I get is stress and being overworked not able to stop at all in work monday - friday.
Hope everyone is managing to do well, it seems people are even if not meating goals everyone is goin well above the minimum anyway so WELL DONE ^_^

I'm back again! Month six and I'm still working on 3.8 pounds from August!! So, it's 3.8 pounds in five weeks.
400 mins a week plus at least 10,000 steps a day. Five weeks...3.8 pounds...300,000 total steps...what fun!
