sorry wasn't able to get on sooner. I challenge that everyone does 2 minute of skipping or dance to at least three fast songs in a row every day and increase it if you can.
It feels so great to be a part of such an amazing group of people...big hugs to every one.
I actually do that to a few songs.... I will definitely work on this more tomorrow and Wednesday.0 -

180.4 :grumble: I am up a little thanks to a late night furniture moving and carpet removing session last night. I can tell I am so swollen. I'm confident I didn't gain 4 lb this week from my weight on Thursday.0

I was down to 221 over the weekend and early part of the week, then back up this morning to exactly the same as I was last week.
10/24: 224.2
10/31: 222.0 (2.2lbs lost)
11/7: 224.0 (2.0lbs gain, overall loss 0.2lbs)
11/14: 223.2 (0.8lb loss, overall loss 1.0lb)

i'm up this am but i felt the stupid water weight as soon as i got out of bed this morning...my hands were "tight"...i have been good on cals and exercise but i did not have enough water yesterday...soooo i'll log a 3lb gain this week i guess unless it shows something different when i get home tonight...

My weight is steady rising :noway: :sad: I just hope this is still the muscle gain. Well to be honest my diet has only been about 60% on point so that doesn't help.0 -
Sorry I did do the chart pic yet. I just saw 4 more weights. Being away from my computer makes it harder to keep up.
I'll update it Monday when I get back to work. BUT Alice is our biggest loser this week with 1.1% lost this week as well as the overall biggest loser with 2.2% lost to date.
Those that gained or maintained SHAKE IT OFF and move forward making the right choices going forward to see movemt in the right direction.
We can do this.

I didn't have a great week. Well, it was great - I was in Mexico, but ended up bringing home a bunch of Mexico on my *kitten*.
But, I am not too down on myself. I ran into Kohl's this morning and bought a pair of size 12 skinny jeans without even trying them on - and they fit just peach - maybe even a tiny loose. 2 years ago I'd have been in the plus area and shopping for jeans would have been far more difficult.
No matter where you are at today - it is likely better than where you've been in the past. and, if not, then make a change - and think long term.
Some of us haven't done great on this challenge. Well, let's shake it off!!! Treat yourself on the very special days through Jan 1. But, the rest of the days, keep focused and stay strong. Not every day needs to be Thanksgiving!
