So far, I've lost 53lbs. 23 before MFP that was lost with dieting alone, and 30 since I started MFP with a combination of diet and exercise (running and strength training)0

60lbs since the end of Jan 2012... another 20 odd lbs to go... so should be at goal/maintenance by March 20130
-
My highest loss was 50. I started at 194 and hit 144 in March. I tend to get off track, so it took me about a year I think. (here's to hoping the photo fits/works)

:drinker: 18 months.
Pictures are on my Profile. So far I can't seem to get them on the Threads with the Laptop.0 -
I have lost 112 so since March. The first fifty took about three months I think. The first 50 was with diet changes only, no exercise. Then around the 50 pounds lost mark I started feeling a LOT better, and added some exercise.0

Due to my age and several medical issues, it took me a year to lose 45 pounds then another year to lose 15 pounds. I'm thinking it will take another year to lose the last 15 pounds. I don't know how to post pics or I'd gladly do so.0

56lbs, around 300 days.0

Hi!! I have lost 93 pounds since the end of March 2012...I still want to lose another 57 pounds. I lost 40 in 3 months. I have a before and now picture in my profile pics. I don't know how to add it to this post though.0

I have lost 116 so far. I started in January 2011 and lost about 90 pounds in 9 months, then fell off track for the rest of the year and gained almost 30 back. Restarted January of 2012 and am still going strong. Currently staying off the scale til the end of the year.0

I've lost a total of nearly 90 pounds. When I first started, I lost 40 pounds in 4 months. Lots of fruits and vegetables and cardio!0

I've lost 52lbs--don't have "progress pictures" but I will say that I went from a snug 24 to a loose 20/snug 18. It took me about 5-6 mos (slow progress) but I keep in mind that I haven't been as "disciplined" as I could have been. I did this w/o a 'workout' regimen so imagine if I had incorporated one.0

It took me 12 1/2 months to hit the 100 pounds lost mark. It was around 4.5 months for 40 pounds.0

39 pounds in less than 5 months so hopefully 40 by 5 months0
-
120 pounds since September 20110

I lost ~50 pounds within ~4 months when I was my heaviest a couple of years ago. From the beginning of 2012, I've lost 71 pounds (so 71 pounds in 11 months). Altogether, 121 pounds.0

311 lbs. in 41 months (had 17 lbs. of skin removed 10 weeks ago so weightloss is more like 328ish lbs. lost but am not getting on the scale again til after the first of the year.)

It took me 11 years to put on 95 pounds ... it's taken me 2 years to lose 70 of it0

I have lost 80 pounds without MFP and that took me 3-4 years. It is hard for me to stick with a diet so I usually just have patience and try my best and eventually it does pay off! With MFP I have lost 12 pounds since this summer, but I have been losing more inches now.0

I've lost 82lbs so far. Its taken me 16 months but I did the majority (65lbs) in the first 8 months and went a bit off course and now am slowly getting down to my goal of 90lbs and ultimate goal of about 110lbs weight loss.0 -
Lost: 47.2lbs
Time: February to Now (although I barely lost ANYTHING in October and November)
Start: 256lbs
Now: 208.8lbs

HOLY CRAP BRO! What an amazing transformation! You look great...0 -
50 pounds since July, so 5 months? Hopefully I'll drop these next 50 in the same time.0
-
I lost about 20 last year. This year, it took me almost 6 months exactly to drop 40.0

I weighed 191lbs in the summer of 2010. I did Weight Watchers and got down to 184lb (that was the start of my 2011 summer). I started dieting in July 2011 and have lost a total of 53lbs. I did the 17 Day Diet to begin with and then started watching what I eat and moving move! I eat what I want in moderation. I try to exercise a little bit everyday.0
-
I started in February, and I hit 40lbs lost, just this past week. I've averaged about 0.9 lbs loss per week. (Some weeks more, some less, but that's the average)
I've been deliberately aiming for slow loss, because I want this to be a permanent change.0 -
Lost an average of one pound per week for a whole year. Was not linear some weeks I lost more and some less. Even hit a plateau for a few weeks towards the end but it averaged out the same. Maintaining muscle mass was just as much of a priority for me as losing the weight so I was not in a hurry.0

I have lost 60 pounds since September 11, 2012.0

I've lost 50lbs so far w/ MFP. I started 290 days ago (so mid/end of Feb 2012). At first I had set my calorie goals to just lose 0.5lbs/wk so i could get used to counting calories and pretty much not GAIN any more weight. I didn't get "serious" and set it to 1lb/wk until mid April. I didn't start really exercising (beyond just walking) until mid June.0

joined 30 july 2012 51lbs down so far0
