I made some this morning, I didn't put anything on them - with the banana, they are sooo sweet already. Thanks!

Is there an alternative to banana other than pumpkin that anyone has tried? Not a fan of bananas.

Thanks Kelsey I tried the banana and eggs pancake and they were very good.

Me too. I had them today in the morning. Two eggs, 1/4 cup of 100% whites, and 1 large ripe banana, mashed. Mixed all ingredients well and cooked one at the time in a small fry pan coated with Pam. I got 4 low calories pancakes and my husband loved them too.

I don't like or eat pumpkin son I will stay with the banana pancake.

Interesting, lol, gives me an idea for over-ripe or frozen bananas too. Bump!

    Tomorrow breakfast menu.
  • I tried this and they reminded me more of crepes than pancakes...too eggy and flimsy. I like fluff lol even added baking powder...still flat.

Tried this today. Pretty good if you really miss your pancakes. Definitely easy to remember the recipe. It's a little more custardy eggy than pancake-y. I might try it with peanut butter, cocoa powder, or flax mixed and see if it gets more pancake-y.

Tried this out this morning - I ended up with a more crepe-like consistency, but still really really yummy! I will definitely be making these again (probably for dinner tonight, haha) :flowerforyou:
  • Gotta try it! Cheers :)

I guess I'm the only one that didn't like this recipe.

I made these this morning and not a fan of them. Maybe someone else will have better luck. Eating something that looks like eggs and it tasting like bananas weirded me out and the taste was a little off.
