I tried these awhile back hoping they would be as good as the two ingredient cookies. I guess they aren't for me, because I hated them! Tasted like a banana omelet. Very eggy with a hint of banana. Just weird for me.

I jrecently made the ones similar to this with peanut butter, cinnamon, banana, egg, and baking powder (found in another thread). LOVE them!

I ate them topped with half a container (3 oz) of lowfat yogurt. Kept me NICE and full until lunch time.

    DELICIOUS!

Will this work with just using egg whites? I don't usually eat the yolks but I don't want to waste my eggs or bananas if it won't work. If you know the answer, can you message me please? Thanks.

Glad I came across this thread. I've been on such a banana kick lately! I used to make a version of this recipe. If you mix in almond butter to the banana and egg, it gives the pancake more of a traditional pancake texture.

put some crushed slivered almonds in and pumpkin spice. I heat up frozen blueberries until the juice runs out and pour that over the top...freakin' awesome!
