Please show me your before and after pictures.
State your starting weight, your current weight and your goal weight.
and a little background on how you did it e.g meal plan, exercise and why you did it ?

Starting weight on mfp April 2012 was about 194 lbs.
Highest weight in picture was about 200lbs. estimated 25% body fat
Current weight around ... no comment ;-) but about 13-14% bodyfat
Lost weight from cardio and weight training 5 days a week and eating less calories then I was burning. Currently I am trying to eat healthier food and more of it to gain some muscle.
Why I started: To look and feel better about myself.

The first pic is the day I left the hospital Jan 4th 2012 after having my heart attack and a stent being put in I was 345 lbs and in bad shape. The second pic was a Dec 6th2012 I was 238 lbs and in far better shape. Basically I tracked my food on MFP hit the gym everyday and just make better choices. I just recently rededicated my self to logging my food again and I hope to get below 200lbs.

2008 - Haven't got a clue how heavy was, if I remember correctly I was 24 stone which is about 340 lbs.
Last week, down to 300 overall but still going! My brother stole my glasses too >:(!
Desired weight is around 220 and see how I feel, I don't want to be small you know? I love being a big guy! Just a healthy big guy I used cut out coke and all that garbage, fast food, eat healthy, did more exercise. Nothing too fancy, just more football with friends.0 -
Before- 221 lbs
Current- 131 lbs
Goal- Between 110 and 130
Basic good eating, watching the calories. I also run 3 days a week, and walk 3-4 days a week. This coming year I want to get into more light weight training.

I literally just ate cleaner. I used to eat too little, but when i did eat it was pizza, crisps, etc
My goal wieght, I think is 135, but i never know as originally was 150lbs0 -
14lbs to go untill goal weight
Started 189lbs + didn't weigh myself

Still work in progress...
Starting weight 187 LBS, current weight 171 LBS, still have 5-6 more LBS to go. To be more specific, I need to lose at least another 5% body fat.
I started P90X classic on 10/9/12 and still have another 4 weeks remaining in the program. Daily calorie intake is around 1,800.

I started at 194, and my lowest weight was 144 in these photos. I'm on here again for getting off the wagon and this time I want to hit my goal of 130.

Started at 142 (actually more like around 152 but I'd already lost close to 10 lbs when I started getting really serious) and am currently/happily at 111 today. My size 12s were very tight and I'm currently a size 2/4. I stopped overeating and started exercising. I'm a fitness nut now and feel "off" when I don't get a workout in. I lift weights, bike, run, hike and just stay active in general. I NEVER went low calorie and am currently maintaining by eating 2000 calories a day typically! Basically I underwent a total lifestyle overhaul. Here's the link to my story. Recent pics are in my profile.

Before: 2008, Christmas; weight: 195 (my highest was 235)
After: 2011, August; weight 135
As of this morning I am still 135.6
