Started at 142 (actually more like around 152 but I'd already lost close to 10 lbs when I started getting really serious) and am currently/happily at 111 today. My size 12s were very tight and I'm currently a size 2/4. I stopped overeating and started exercising. I'm a fitness nut now and feel "off" when I don't get a workout in. I lift weights, bike, run, hike and just stay active in general. I NEVER went low calorie and am currently maintaining by eating 2000 calories a day typically! Basically I underwent a total lifestyle overhaul. Here's the link to my story. Recent pics are in my profile.

Before: 2008, Christmas; weight: 195 (my highest was 235)
After: 2011, August; weight 135
As of this morning I am still 135.6

My before: was about 210+ here...I hadn't stepped on a scale in about a year...about a month after this pic I went to the doc and weighed 210. so I go with that.
After:
At around 145 in these..at 143.8 now...GW is 130

Before 154 after 131. I eat 1500 calories a day exercise 3 to 5 times a week. Mom of 2 so if I did it anybody can.

Before 327ish After 189. Workout 4 days/week. Eat clean and try to keep it to single ingredient foods. Supplement with protein powder when on the go or in a rush.
