    ok I'm in maybe this will help me out of my rut.

    I think I'd like to give this a try..setting my calories a little on the low side so I will be pleasantly surprised when I surpass it at the end of the week!

    I'm using a HRM also, I have the Polar FT4. Way more accurate for me.
