Started in the same place last year & lost 9lb & have put it all back since August when damaged knee & stopped exercising & started eating.
I'm 5ft 1 & struggle to lose 1lb per week even with exercising & eating clean. Think I may need to lower my cal intake but not yet. Have eaten ok over Christmas & been working out every day since last Thursday & going to do something every day, even if just a 15 minute walk.
If I can lose 1lb per week, by 21st March I will be 140 lb - just in time for a spring ball. I haven't been this weight for over 5 years & would be so happy to get there. I think I could then do the rest.

I am totally in! I need all the motivation I can get to get back on track! I lost 60 lbs and then fell off the wagon LOL. I'm shooting for 2 lbs a week but 1 will definitely do it
