Gave in to the chocolate today. However, I did get in my exercise and ate almost all of my calories. Note to self: do not go to the store on an empty stomach. I got a new workout dvd that I can't wait to try. I love it switching up. Keep up the good work Barbies and stay motivated. We can do this! Have a great Thursday Barbies.

I really enjoy the water challenge! I am a vocal music teacher- so I'm constantly drinking water to keep my voice healthy!I have had to go to the bathroom between almost every class though!! Yesterday- started C25K. I could tell my legs were a little tired today. Walked and did the elliptical for an hour total. Hoping to start day 2 of the running! I hope its not too hard on my large body!!! Good luck with the water drinking gals! Keep working hard!

Whew!! I drunk only half the water and I am peeing frequently. I was taking a test yesterday and in two hours, I went 4x. Not too bad if I am close to a bathroom. But if I want to leave my house..... that is a whole other issue. This can't be normal.

I am just learning how to navigate this board as I am new to the site. I am a mommy of 4 and am trying to loose my weight from my babies. Heres my stats

Going to the beach for a girlfriend's bridal shower (knowing my friends it will be more like a batchleorette party though). Here's to hoping I make good choices as to what I eat and don't drink TOO much. No drinking tonight! Just tomorrow! I promise!
I have done pretty good on the water. Right at 8 cups a day, sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less. Hard for me to keep track of b/c a lot of times I fill it back up before it gets empty and I don't measure what I drink at dinner, so I kinda guesstimate.0 -
