What a great goal! I'm committed to losing around .5 a week and my goal is 140. I'm currently at 154. Anyone on here is VERY WELCOME to add me! The more motivation the merrier!0

I am interested. I had my 3rd baby 3 months ago. I only have about 10 pounds to lose but sure need motivation to exercise, eat healthy and tone up so my clothes fit properly. So, if I can join this motivated group that would be great!0

I'm in. As a way to force myself to stop trying for two pounds or more when that isn't always going to be possible anymore. I don't care what my 16 year-old crash dieting self was capable of, my 40 year-old, reasonable diet and exercise self needs to learn some darn patience! One pound a week sounds great. Weigh in day shall be Thursday for me.0

Happy to report I'm 1 week in and I lost my pound for the week! Even after New Years food and beverage!

I'd like to try!
I was never able to keep up with eating better or exercising for more than two weeks. But I visited a couple websites to figure out my BMI and I'm officially in the obese category!! I'm at my heaviest and I need to be healthier and in shape.
Add in the fact that I've moved in with my grandmother to help her through the winter months and all she does is cook a ton and eat/encourage others to eat sweets.
Aaaand I just got my first birth control shot that is supposed to increase my hunger and cause me to gain wait.
I have a lot of things fighting against me. I need some motivation and encouragement!
I weigh 180 lbs now.
My goal is 150 lbs to start (ideally 130 lbs!)0 -

I am in - need friends to keep me on pace. I am married, three kids age 10 - 15, work full time in a bank, and hoping to walk/run a 5K by May 1 (live in New England so frigid cold is an issue).
Thinking of breakfast ideas that will keep me satisfied but are easy to whip up - under 300 cal.0
