    What is your fitness resolution for 2013? Continue my 5 day a week gym routine that I started before Thanksgiving. I feel better and it does help me loose weight.

    My 2013 goal is to be a comfortable UK size 12 by midyear. (About one dress size down, though they do vary so much!)

    Been injured and too inactive, unfortunately I was still eating like a marathoner. Still have running injury but time to find alternative fitness routes. Starting back in the gym and re-exploring the bike.

    I also grew up in Chicago, well just south of the city. 5 lbs and we got 31 days, keep the faith and every little bit counts :bigsmile:
