    Faux fried tilapia and jicama salad

    Can I get recipe for that tilapia. Looks delicious. And what is Jicama?

    Recipes on their way in PM! And jicama is the yummy vegetale that is like a non-spicy radish. Neutral in flavor and absorbs anything well.

    Red lentils can be hard to find. I substituted for common brown lentils and added some finely chopped sundried tomatoes to make up for the less sweet taste.

    Note that the ultimate judgement was that they looked great, but taste-wise just weren't worth the effort required to make them. YMMV, of course!

    I'd be interested to know your opinion. It may have been my substitution that spoiled the taste.

    Tonight's dinner...baby spinach, carrot, celery, apple, grape tomatoes, and jalapeno chicken sausage with Trader Joe's spicy peanut vinaigrette. Delicious, filling, and only 258 calories.

    My attempt at a protein brownie eehh came out alrite only thing I was disappointed with was the size ha ooo nd the protein icing topping I needed to stir it more nd probably add a few more stuff to it

    Usually around 7-800 calories but imo it's breakfast and i'm full til at least 1pm.
