So, I thought I'd get this in visual form. I'll be adding more pics as I find them.
This is me at my sister's graduation. At my heaviest of 320 pounds and smoking over a pack a day.
Me on my wedding day. A shot from behind. I wasn't even at my heaviest.
Me early 2011. I had lost about 30 pounds at that point.
Me right after my daughter was born in Jan. of 2012.
Hiking. Probably 160 in this pic.
On our way to Washington DC.
Not the greatest pic of me, but this is a junior's dress!
A little collage i put together of my pics. In total, I am down 172 pounds!
So, what do you all think?

I took it one chunk at a time. When I looked at the larger goal, I would get overwhelmed and depressed. Taking it 5-10 pounds at a time really helped me stay focused.
This could be controversial to some, but when I started, I knew there was NO way I was going to be able to cut out certain "bad" foods. I told myself that those were "treat" foods to be eaten in moderation. I get into a very disordered mindset if I label foods "good" or "bad".0 -
