Pumpkin Pie
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 cup vanilla soy or almond milk
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
couple ice cubes
couple packets sweetener or tsp sugar
Blend it all up--deelish!

I leave out the sugar and add 1/2 a banana, so yummy!
Also
1 c almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
I am going to try a beet protein shake this weekend, I will let you know how that turns out0 -
How about a plant based protein drink! Most of these have whey protein, we do not need that much protein! Do the research, any excess protein gets converted to sugar and stored as fat!
3 raw kale leaves
1/4 cup raw spinach
1/2 banana
1 small green apple
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup raw almonds
1 small piece of raw ginger
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 medium sized cucumber
fresh lemon squeezed juice
water or coconut water

saving for later!Here are a few that I use:
Chocolate Peanut-Butter Banana Shake:
1 Scoop of Chocolate Whey
1 Tablespoon of PB
¼ Banana Jello Fat Free/Sugar Free pudding mix (powder)
8oz of 2% Milk (Almond milk, soy milk etc.)
Breakfast Meal-replacement shake (VERY THICK):
2 Scoops of Whey
½-1 Cup of Oats
1 table spoon of honey
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (more or less depending on preference)
1 Tablespoon of PB
8oz of 2% Milk (Almond milk, soy milk etc.)
Cinnabon-Shake:
1 Scoop of Vanilla whey
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon (more or less depending on taste preference)
8oz of 2% Milk (Almond milk, soy milk etc.)
Banana-Strawberry Fruit Shake:
1-2 Scoops of Vanilla whey
1 Banana
3 Strawberries
2-3 Ice cubes
8oz of 2% Milk (Almond milk, soy milk etc.)
Greek Yogurt/Apple/Cinnamon Shake:
1-2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey
1 Cup of Greek Yogurt (Flavor of choice, I use plain)
1 Apple cut up/no skin
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
8oz of milk
Pineapple/Mango shake:
1 Scoop of Whey
1 cup of Pineapple
½ Mango raw cut up
8oz of 2% Milk (Almond milk, soy milk etc.)
1-2 Splenda/Stevia packets

I just bought a can of whey protein shake mix. Says 25 grams of protein per serving, is that too much?0

No, that is not too much, unless you have a medical condition that requires you to limit your protein intake. That amount is pretty standard for many protein powders.0

Frappachino Protein Shake (found on pinterest)
1 packet of Starbucks Via instant coffee, 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder , 8oz vanilla almond milk, 8-9 ice cubes. Blend.0 -
This is more of a morning breakfast shake but you could add more protein:
1 cup Trader Joe's Very Cherry Berry Blend
1/4 cup Walnut Halves
1/2 cup Trader Joe's Strawberry Kefir
1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1/4 cup Trader Joe's Freeze Dried Bananas
1/4 cup Rolled Oats0 -
You can make a zillion protein shakes, but I like to use flavor extracts for some. Using some ice, a scoop of whey, almond or coconut milk, I can add amaretto, or vanilla or other extracts to give them a much nicer flavor.0

1 scoop Gaspari vanilla protein
10 oz milk (I use almond milk)
