    1/3 cup slow cooked oatmeal w/ 1/2 sliced small banana and 1/4 cup fresh raspberries, 1tbsp All natural Peanut butter and 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
    Cup of black coffee
    Glass of water with the juice of 1/2 lemon

    My go-to daily breakfast! :-)
