:flowerforyou: my pedometer allows me to save data on my computer so I have records going back to when I bought it......my average for 2010 was around 11,000
my average for 2011 was around 18,000
my average for 2012 was around 23,000....that shows me that the more I pay attention to steps, the more opportunities I find to increase the total...in 2012 I refused to let the weather interfere with my walking outdoors and I found more ways to walk and jog in place in the house.0 -

Count me in, I have to up my exercise as I am getting married in March and need to lose a few lbs. I have been laid up recovering from an operation for the last 10 weeks so starting on the 1st Jan I will be getting back on my feet.
Just logging in with my step update, so far today I've reached 10,978 steps and it isn't bed time yet. .. :happy:
