Are people drinking coffee? Why or why not?

I have one cup in the morning with a sweet n low and nonfat creamer - I drink plenty of water all day and used to have 1 diet pepsi in between glasses of water. But once I gave up the diet soda all together, I noticed a quicker weight loss.0

I like a swallow of coffee or tea right before exercise just to get that slight caffeine boost.0

Coffee gives me the shakes and a headache. If I'm really tired, I'll have a half cup with a ton of milk, but then I still get a small headache.
I drink tea. Doesn't make me feel like crap! I wish my body tolerated coffee better, it tastes & smells so good. Oh well.0 -
if your putting cream and sugar in it then there are obvious weight loss draw backs.
Black coffee should be basically 0 calories.
I have to assume that all the people who are getting headaches when they don't drink coffee realize that those are withdrawal symptoms and they basically have a phisicaly dependancy on coffee... might want to address that, or just keep drinking coffee, works for me lol0 -

I.NEED.COFFEE.DAILY. I drink 2 cups with a quarter cup of reduced fat milk (or 2 tbsp half & half) first thing in the morning. I don't usually drink it after that but my first cups are essential to the survival of those around me! :laugh:0

Yes, i love coffee! I usually add 3-4 oz whole milk and 8g turbinado sugar. I make my coffee far too strong to drink it black. :drinker:

I drink it because I like it.
I put creamer in mine and make it fit into my calories for the day.
I clearly had no trouble with weight loss when drinking coffee.0 -
LOL! WOW! I did not realize so many people on here still drink it. I find I feel so much more healthy when off of it... I think I might have some here and there just for a treat so I do not become dependent. Even 1 once a day causes me to depend on it physically. Kudos to those who can drink it black! I def cannot.0

Used to drink pot a day. Quit coffee and sodas 4 months ago. No more Caffiene for me. That's it, not going to give any stupid reasons.0

Love my coffee. I add sugar free creamer and splenda. I work night shift so coffee is not only a pleasure, it's almost a necessity. I have pretty much given up soda, so this is my one little indulgence.0

I drink it because I'm addicted to caffeine, very clear. If I don't get my coffee before I start work / class then it's going to be a worthless effort.

Yes. Dark roast and black. I love espresso but my machine broke and I'm not paying to fix it.

I drink one, maybe two coffees per day, always with skimmed milk and no sugar. I don't drink any caffeine in the afternoon or evening. No way will I give up my morning coffee!!0

You don't have to give anything up. if it fits into your calorie and macros goals, enjoy it!!!!0

i don't deny myself my morning coffee WITH CREAM 18% ...lol...if i want another during a long day at work, i drink it black. I still lost weight...just added the calories for 2tbsp of cream (50 calories). I'm fine with that!0

I don't drink coffee because I find it to be disgusting.
I do drink multiple Coke Zeros / Diet Dr Peppers every day though.
Worse than coffee...you can clean your lawnmower with that stuff, LOL...I found an organic coffee I love that's less than anything SB sells...just a little creamer...losing weight, gives me energy, and yes, I do drink regular coffee black.. and NO, I am not gonna try and sell anyone some or be a Beachbody troll.
