January 1---207 minutes walking with frisky poodles---55 minutes weight training
January 2---137 minutes walking Brandy and Sasha---270 minutes line dancing
January 3----145 minutes walking dogs---120 minutes line dancing---30 minutes walking with hubby---49 minutes weight training
January 4---146 minutes walking dogs----235 minutes teaching line dance classes
January 5---130 minutes walking dogs---30 minutes walking by myself
January 6---157 minutes walking dogs---55 minutes waling with a friend

Jan 2 - travel day - nothing
Jan 3 - run 75 minutes including 100 crunches & 30 push ups
Jan 4 - swim 40 minutes
Jan 5 - walk on the beach 45 minutes, 100 crunches, 100 squats
Jan 6 - run 1 hour0 -
You are all doing so very well. I have been on vacation for a few days, but will be home soon to resume our regularly scheduled program. I am happy to see that several new guys and gals have joined us. Go TEAM!!0
