    Scoop of EAS Protein Shake Powder mixed with 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk.
    1 cup of coffee with stevia and 4 tbsp of sugar free creamer.

    200 calories
  • Had my favorite breakfast today... I got the recipe from Clean Eating but it's just an egg sandwich-
    one poached egg
    english muffin
    handful of fresh spinach (throw it into a pan with some cooking spray and wilt it slightly)
    slice of tomato
    1 tbsp light cream cheese
    as much hot sauce as you want

    255 for the whole thing

    I had
    2 peices of whole wheat toast with 2 tbs of PB2 and topped with sliced bananna
    245 calories
    and it was yummy
    normally i just have a greek yogurt and a protein drink so this was a great change !:flowerforyou:

    1 cup of Chobani Plain 0% Yogurt with 3/4 Cup of Special K Protein Plus cereal and half a packet of Splenda! 28 grams of Protein, 17 grams of Sugar, and 200 calories! Keeps me full for a long time!!

    1 glass of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

    keeps me full til lunch usually!

    Today I had Gluten Free Cream of Rice with Cinnamon and Sugar and two Turkey Sausage Links and a Large Cup of Coffee......things that are lower calories though that I really like are...Toaster's Scramblers Cheese,Egg,Bacon is really good

    That is a lot calories for one meal.
  • I make quiches for the whole week for breakfast. Just bake them in muffin pans. Use eggs, broccoli, onions, milk and cheese. They are very convenient. I have them with low calorie english muffin and I make it to dinner with being hungry.
  • Organic whey protein shake with greens, adaptogenic herbs, and a teaspoon of coconut oil.
    320 calories with 36 Gms of Protein, Gluten Free.

    Why do I keep seeing posts breakfast related?, whats the big deal about it? I swear I see at least 3-4 everyday.

    And I answer the same in all of them: I hate breakfast, I never eat it, breakfast food makes me throw up.

    Usually this is what I eat:

    3 eggs- 210 calories
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar- 110 calories
    2 slices of bacon- 70 calories
    1/2 green apple- 60 calories
    one pot of coffee

    450 calories

    Let's see today I had a coffee with 60ml whole milk and 1tsp of clarks original maple syrup, two hard boiled eggs and a weight watchers toffee apple yogurt for a total of 267 cal's.

    waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I forgot my lunch box today with my breakfast and lunch in it! I had to settle for 2 apples and a banana which were donated to me by friends in the office. I'm ready to eat my fist not to mention steal other people's lunches!
