This is totally off the topic/question, but since it's been a long time since there was comments, I'll ask my question. I am also 5'3" in my mid-40s. I am just starting to log my food and exercise intake and am coming to the realization that I survive on carbs - no wonder I am overweight! So, how does a girl add calories without carbs and fat? Even a plain chicken breast isn't exempt! Any helpful hints would be appreciated. Thanks.0

I'm 5'3.5 and started at 258- I'm stuck at 203 right now - my goal is in the 130s-140s. Pant size- anything single digit, please. I was a 24/26, I'm sporting a 16ish now, which makes my face happy.0

I am 5'4" and currently weigh about 203 lbs at age 45. My current mid-way goal is 160 lbs and once I get there, I would like to make my final goal about 135-140 lbs, which is where I was after I lost my pregnancy weight from my 2nd child. I wanted to make my first goal psychologically attainable, so chose 160 lbs for now. I started one week ago and am down 5 lbs from 208 lbs. From most of these posts, it sounds like your goal will be attainable and I wish you the best of luck!0

5'4" Goal weight is between 130-1400

I'm 5'4". Based on the BMI for adults, a normal weight range for this height is 108-145. My goal is to weigh 125. I weighed between 125-130 for nearly all my adulthood. However for the last 2 years, I've been overweight. http://www.cdc.gov/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/adult_bmi/index.html0

I am 5'4 and have a goal weight of 134 that will put me back into a 6 or 8 depending on the brand of pants0

i'm 5'4" and right now I'm making my goal 140, tho I may go into the 130's once I get there. Jean size? No idea...I haven't been that small since...hmm... high school? lol. Good luck!0

140-150, no less, because I like a little thickness.0

I'm 5"4 inches tall and also a large frame. I took the large frame calculator on medindina, net where it can tell you your ideal weight. for me they said 62kg (136.4) pounds. but I put 162 pounds down because a lady here was like me at 185 pounds and a size 14 where I am and for her at 162 pounds she wears a size 8/10. I am going to try this first to see what happens. that will put me 24 more pounds to go.0

I am 5'4 and I currently 10lbs away from the number I have in my head that is 'perfect'. I have decided after reading all these SW CW GWs that I have become obsessed, like many, with numbers. I will be happy with myself now. Despite the fact that the number on the scale doesn't match the number in my head that is 'ideal'. I will not look at the scale and let it determine how I feel about myself, but I will continue to work hard and strive to make myself better.0

I'm 5'3 and weigh 126. I really want to be 106 lbs.0

I am 5 foot 4. I started at 170 and my first goal is 150. Depending on how I look and feel then I might try for 140.
I am currently a Uk 12, occasionally a 14 (which I think is US 8-10?) and I would like to be a UK 10.0 -
I am 5'4" and 183 pounds. My goal weight is 140 and ripped. I was that way at age 20 and loved it, now I have to find that body again.0

I am 5'4. I started at 210. Currently 165. My goal is 150. The lowest I would go (for me) is 145. I know some 5'4 women would look great at 130 or even lower, but I think it really depends on your build. I wear a DD cup, and have very muscular legs from biking. For me to go below 145, I think I'd have to sacrifice some muscle. I guess I'll have to see when I get there!0

I'm 5'4", started off (again) recently at about 157lbs. My goal is 130lbs, but I'd be ok going down to maybe 120-125lbs. I agree with the last comment, it really depends on body type- I have nice legs and a small upper body, but big hips so hopefully less than 130lbs won't make me look like a ridiculous reverse hourglass shape!0

i'm 18yrs old 5'4 and my start weight was 138lbs and my goal weight is to be 117lbs0
-
I'm 5"3, starting weight 185lbs, goal weight 130lbs. Might not go that far down if I like my body around 135lbs, but we'll see what happens.0
