    Fitness is good. Playing tennis 1-2 times per week, crushing my weight lifting goals, and have gone running once a week. I've just been going out too much :(

    GOALS: My work is doing a 15/15/5, increase PT by 15 PTs, lose 15 lbs, or 5% body fat. I want to win that in March. This summer, I want to be smoking hot in a bikini. Next fall, I want to run the Army 10 miler, and do well, not just finish. Next December, I turn 30, and I want to be happy with my body, healthy, and ready to look at getting pregnant...
