    I haven't reported in for a while. Here are my miles:

    Wed. Walked the dog 3.4 miles.
    Thur: Walked the dog 3.2 miles.
    Fri: Walked the dog 3.0 miles.

    And, lest you think you see a pattern here:

    Sat: Walked the dog 2.0 miles
    Sun: Walked on the treadmill 4.6 miles.

    Sunday - 3.5 miles on the stat bike, I have officially beat my goal, for me this is a huge deal. Next month I am going to add 1/2 again to my goal and try for 45 miles. If I manage to do that in January then I will double my goal for Feb instead!

    01/20/13 Sun 3.5 miles walk/run
    PASSED MY JAN GOAL OF 50 MILES - YAYYYY!!

    Ran the furthest I have run yet!! Yay! Also, started using Runkeeper to track my distance and route. Today I'm going to try a couch to 5K program to guide me on my walk/run intervals. Running a little bit more each day feels good. I can breathe so much easier and feel a lot better. I do think there is something to be said for a runner's high...
