Couldn't decide between cheese on toast, eggs in purgatory or poached eggs on toast... so I combined all 3!

    Who?!

Have you had a sludge bowl? A basic one is ok but to get the best ones you need some different textures

all bran is good and crunchy (and awesome fibre)
berries are nice and cold (and it was farkin' hot) and a "superfood"
and LLL made some baked pumpkin skins the other day with cinnamon and were tasty as so I thought they would add a good crunch to it also. And was right.

Looks like *kitten* but tastes farkin' awesome! (and wicked macros)

    Looks awesome!
as we don't get canned pumpkin here. I cut my pumpkin up into smaller bits. Microwave it for 15mins. Let it cool for 15mins. Then I scoop out the orange bit leaving just the skins. Then just put them on a baking tray and sprinkled with cinnamon. (also good with just salt for a savoury snack)

Made a yummy omelette this evening - 2 eggs, spinach, peas, garlic, cheddar cheese and a few dollops of sour cream.

I must add some peas please.
