I want to commit I calculated if we loose 1 pound a week will be around 50 pounds. I need to loose 80, but what you suggest we all can do. Thanks for the challenge.0

Today is Saturday and I joined or should i say rejoined MFP on Monday. So I have not completed a week yet and can happily report that I am down 2 pounds. I have not posted my official weigh i won't do that until Monday, I am praying that this weekend will not throw me any curve balls that I cannot catch. i have to say that I have been truly motivated this week. I have to be careful with that though, I have a tendency to start strong but fizzle out. Part of my strategy and that is one of the reasons I love this sight is that I am sharing more and telling my story. That way i feel accountable. Pray for me.0

I'm in! I don't intend to lose 48 pounds, but would like to lose a pound a week for about 4 months (and a week) to get to my goal & would love to do this with people trying to do the same! feel free to add me anyone!
