Thank you for sharing!! I have been working at this ( didnt join MFP bc i was super woman and didnt need help prior hahaha ugh) for a year and am only down 22 lbs but am down 2 dress sizes! So slow and steady is awesome.. Thanks for reiterating that.. I needed that!
