    Progress pictures - 65 lbs lost

    So, I know that my photos aren't going to be super drastic, considering that 65 lbs seems like a lot of weight (and it is) but to understand, here's my details:

    Age : 28
    Height : 5'3"
    Starting weight: 420
    Current weight (as of pics) 355
    Goal Weight : 180

    I'm sharing these pics because I struggle to see progress, and as part of therapy, I've been encouraged to share the pictures that I would otherwise hide in horror, in the hopes that other people can point out to me where they see the weight loss, to help me see it in myself. So without further ado...

      I can definately see a huge change in your arms. Keep it up :-) You're doing so well :-)

      edited to add: ooh and just after I posted this you must have resized your pictures. Yes, I can definately see progress - to me your arms stood out the most. But I always look at that now - reason being is that was where (proportionately) I lost the most.
