I love strawberry ice cream, so my cheat dessert is strawberry "ice cream". 1 cup frozen strawberries, 2T milk, blend until smooth.0

PB2 Chocolate
Banana
Reduced fat cool whip
blend and freeze (or just harden).......
PB2 is the bomb! only 45 cals for 2T's!! Reg PB has 190 on avg0 -
I love a little dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher) for dessert. Super heart healthy and such a strong flavor you don't need much.0

i broil half a peach, then add enough greek yogurt to fill the pit and then drizzle agave nectar and sometimes chopped nuts or granola. yummm0

Kozy Shack makes sugar-free rice pudding cups that are 70 calories each. They are so good and taste so fresh! I had one tonight and put a couple of blackberries in it. Yumm!0

1/4 cup light chocolate ice cream (e.g. Edy's Slow Churned)
2 tsps all natural peanut butter (e.g. Teddy's)
Little drizzle of chocolate syrup
Eat slow and savor! The protein and fat in the peanut butter increase satiety and mitigate the blood sugar spike...somewhat!
Lot of good posts here!0 -
hungrygirl.com has a frozen PB cup that is really good ....chocolate chips, pb, cool whip and soy nuts .........really yummy but hard to eat just one .. if I remember correctly its 78 calories for just 10

Now that sounds yummy. Gonna try it. Thanks for sharing.0 -
1/2 cup of room temp-ish 0% greek yogurt and a packet of splenda. Mix until smooth and creamy - it's sort of like meringue at that point, and it's under 100 cals, no fat and packed with protein.0

Happened across this iVillage link[1] today on Pinterest, "25 Decadent, Guilt-Free Desserts" including:
- mousses
- frozen yogurts
- baked doughnuts
- oatmeal bars
- chocolate-drizzled banana slices
- chocolate-raspberry dessert "pizza"
- granitas
- date bars
- chocolate-dipped figs
- blueberries with lemon cream
- fruit slices
- low-fat French silk pie
- sorbet
- berries in syrup
- low-fat cupcakes
- milkshakes
- pudding pops
- cookies
- low-fat muffins
My default dessert is nonfat plain Greek yogurt with honey, berries, or apple slices; boring, but it does the trick. Sometimes a cup of diet hot chocolate or coffee with sugar-free cream also hits the spot. You might also try crustless pumpkin pie; brownies made with black beans, cauliflower, or sweet potatoes; baked apples; banana-/oat- or applesauce-/oat-based cookies; or anything from Chocolate-Covered Katie[2] (view at your own risk!)

I love the jello mousse temptations. 60 cals each. or weight watchers fudge bars 100 cals0

freeze a banana & then put it in the magic bullet (food processor), it is just like soft ice cream. sooo yummy!
i do this its SOOOOOO good....sometimes i add a scoop of peanut butter or a lil cocoa powder to change it up...but soooo yummy0 -
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt (my fav is 2% Fage, but you could use 1% or 0% for less fat).
1/2 tablespoon or less of coco powder (like Hersey's non-sweetened)
1/2 tablespoon (or to taste) honey or natural sweetener (nothing with aspartame or corn syrup)
Mix well
It's like a more rich chocolate pudding, with protein from the yogurt. I also add chopped fruit or granola on top too.
Note: I think using something with less ingredients is better. So pure coco-powder is healthier than some 25 ingredient fake chocolate syrup. 2% PLAIN greek yogurt is better than artificially sweetened yogurt. To me, less is more. The less ingredients and fake processed food the better!
Totally agree! I do this often! A twist is to do the cacao powder, stevia, and then 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed orange juice! So good!0
