    I would love to lose 5 pounds this month. I think I would reward my self with a pair of shoes. As far as how I would lose the weight, I workout at the gym a lot usually on the treadmill. I might try some of the Zumba and swiming classes as well this month.

    My goal is a little higher than 5lbs per month, but that's because I have more to lose so it's coming off quicker.

    I'm excited we are continuing to do this again for February. I had made a personal goal to be under 200lbs by Valentines Day but I wouldn't mind losing 5lbs for the entire month. Let's do this!
