Microwave protein mug scone
Hi everyone!
I was a little bored today, and wasn't feeling my protein shake. So I decided to make it into a sweet scone instead.
It used almost the same ingredients as what I use in my shake, was very filling, a great hit of protein and pretty darn tasty!
Ingredients
Scoop of protein powder
One egg white
About 1.5 tbsp of almond milk
Tbsp of stevia
Dash of baking powder
About 1 tbsp of soda water
Optional toppings
Pb2 - I used
Light canned whip - I used
Topping/filling of your choice (choc chips, fruit, Nutella, nuts etc)
Simply whisk all ingredients together in a mug well with a fork until smooth, microwave for about 40 seconds. Top with your choice of extras and enjoy

I would not be surprise if a company rep lurking around picks on, and use your idea...not everybody likes the idea of protein shakes - this is an alternative, thumbs up!0
