Friday.........1100......1:08.45.....High incline to start...Mostly a 15-22% incline in the middle...Decline jogging and walking at the end..Didn't have the energy like last workout..Probably because I started this workout at around 11:15 at night..
Saturday and Sunday gotta squeeze in 2,300 calories to reach my goal..
