    47 miles update for month Feb 2013. Sorry Dinos and Bluiz. I've done just the numbers for over a year and a half. Hard to break that habit. At least I haven't put it on last year Feb. Ive been known to do that too:):laugh: :ohwell: :flowerforyou: :drinker:

    I did 6 miles yesterday:
    2/6/13 - 2.4 miles walking
    2/10/13 - 3.4 miles running!
    2/10/13 - 2.6 miles walking


    TOTAL 8.4 miles of 40 mile goal - 21% of goal

    Rode stationary bike 10.05 miles this morning for a total of 60.09 miles for the month.

    Slow 4 mile Jog along a Loch today, got to 2.6 miles without stopping (furthest this year) then stopped to watch a Sea Eagle fly over the Loch :)

    4.09 miles today.
