8 homemade sausage balls I homemade for quick breakfasts (I just heat them up from the freezer) that was 332 cals. I added a banana brining the total to 432 cals. It has kept my full until my lunch at 12.30. This weekend I plan on making a healthier version of sausage balls for those mornings when I am running late.

Typically I have 1/2 Dannon plain yogurt, a large hanful of blackberries, and 1/8cup of granola for a total of 190 cals and eat a banana or some veggies as a snack a little later in the morning.

I had 3 eggs scrambled with 2 pieces of ham, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and yellow/orange/red peppers wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Cals = 500.
    loose the cheese

No, my cheese wasn't loose. It was packed in there pretty tight. The peppers kept falling out though, they were loose...

How did you get so little calories out of 1 cup or steel oats? o: My steel oats are 150 for 1/4 cup.

I had cookies. I got this recipe from my Android app: allthecooks It's supposed to serve 1.

    one packet of SF cocoa
1TB peanut butter (I used low cal Jiff)
1/2 med banana (I used a whole smallish overripe one)
1/3C quick oats (I used SF Quaker perfect portions)
    1/4tsp. baking powder

You're supposed to mix it all with a fork, form into six small cookies, and then bake them at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mine was a little wet, so needed 14 minutes.

Mfp says the entire recipe is 333 calories... so that's 55.5 calories per mini cookie... not bad.

I normally eat oats cooked with egg whites into a patty, so this was a nice change.. I didn't realize bananas had so much carbs and sugar though.. still not bad.
