This month is not moving as fast as I would like. I have been working out quite a bit and eating within my calories everyday. Things just don't want to move very fast but at least they are moving in the right direction. Seems wierd that I post a loss yet feel frustrated at the same time....0 -

I've been to the gym or the pool for workouts every single day since Feb 1st and I only dropped 1lb so far... I get discouraged very easily so I need motivation. And the part I hate the most is that my boyfriend has the same amount of weight to lose as me and he started Feb 1st with me.. he's down 4lbs... but I wont give up0 -

I'm feeling really good right now.. just got back from the gym.. did 50 minutes on the treadmill and burnt 330 calories
Now.. I'm new to that gym.. just been 4 times so far.. anyway.. I saw the scale, jumped on it, and it's actually 4lbs less than what I was this morning at home. so I'm trying to blame a bit of my extra weight on my scale right now0 -

I would love to lose 5 pounds this month. I think I would reward my self with a pair of shoes. As far as how I would lose the weight, I workout at the gym a lot usually on the treadmill. I might try some of the Zumba and swiming classes as well this month.

-1.6lbs since last weigh in, 3lbs until goal!
Bit late with the check in this week, but I'm very happy as it's the most I've lost in a long time! Strange since I've given in to a little too much junk food this week and have had to put the exercise on hold because of the flu... maybe my muscles have lost some water they were retaining, or my metabolism was given a boost with the higher cals?

Well, there is no way that I ate enough to gain 3 pounds in a week, but this plateau has been SOOO hard to break! I'm upping my workout times, increasing my walk/run mileage and keeping up with my tracking. So if this keeps me at a plateau, where would my body be if I didn't try at all? Back to the beginning I guess. No thanks!
