Another protein smoothie experiment this morning... Choc, coffee, chia, PB2 and spinach. Seriously and unexpectedly good.

Leftover lamb-bacon chilli on white rice with cheese, salsa and guac. Weird thing is, 150g of uncooked rice fills me up WAAAAY more than roughly a kilo (1000g) of potatoes. I struggled to eat this.
Really. It's as if I *couldn't* have eaten another two platefuls and dessert. ;D
Homemade "Black Forest Ice Cream" thingy.
For a little experiment, this was pretty damn good. Will make again for certain.1 -

Broccoli, tofu and shirataki macaroni with garlic and walnut oil.
Despite rinsing and dry-frying, the shirataki macaronis were still weirdly chewy, so I probably won't buy them again. Broccoli and walnut oil, however, is a winning combination.1 -
Dinner last night - made a killer stirfry with chicken breast, cabbage, onions, carrots, peppers and broccoli slaw. The sauce is a mix of soy, lime, garlic and gochujang. Topped with pico, as always.
