I made another protein smoothie experiment this morning, but devoured it before I could take a pic and figured a picture of the empty shaker would be cruel. Almond Blueberry Cheesecake smoothie. Yum!
I had a long day and didn't get home until after 7pm so I threw something in the slow-cooker all day - Vegan Garbanzo Bean Curry (adapted from Kalyn's Kitchen recipe). Terrible pic, but tasty. Had it over spinach, topped with cilantro and a side of multigrain bavarian bread.

Birthday Dinner at the Elephant Bar:
Starters: Parmesean encrusted fried green beans.
Main Course: Grilled sirloin steak with shrimp in lobster sauce.I stole my wife's grilled jumbo shrimp and had those. I did not at the pasta.
And to wash it all down a Skinny Mango Mojito. Sadly there was not room for dessert.:sad:
