I am going to be starting the program soon! Anyone feel free to add me0

I will also be starting c25k soon. I completed it last November but did not get the results I wanted. Then I started MFP in January, and did 30ds with my wife. Now we plan to do c25k and alternate with ripped in 30.
By the way, level 2 seemed boring to me, and all the plank moves gave me heel/Achilles pain, so we decided to alternate them. Level 1 2 3 then repeat one each day.0 -
Hi! I just started completed week 5 day 1. I hit halfway and have to give myself a pep talk now before each workout! I have a 5k coming up with my family! I am just now finding the message boards!0

Good morning!
Completed W5D2 yesterday .. woot woot! It was challenging but not overwhelming. D3 is going to be the true test but I am pumping myself up mentally to take on the challenge.
Hope you all are having a GREAT week. Go kick some booty!0 -
I'm also in week 4 - this is my 3rd time doing the program. I'm not really a "runner" but it keeps me going on cardio.0

Congrats! I just finished week 3 Day 2 today. It is going much better than i thought it would. The last time I tried this I got Plantar fasciitisand shin splints. But what I realized from before that I think i was tring to go to fast! So i just slowed down to get through it. It helps that Im on the treadmill i think. i think my pace is probably slower than some people my walk. I wasnt a runner before so, me trotting along but getting through it is fine by me!
Add me if you would like! I'd love to have a running buddy.0 -

Hi all,
I just started the C210K version.
On week 1. So far so good0 -
Im just about to start - but I am absolutely terrified! So any support would be grand!0
-
Don't be terrified..you can do it.
Finished week 6 yesterday with a 25 min run! Who knew??? Felt good..:bigsmile:0 -
Has anyone skipped a week? I completed W5D3 this Saturday and was pleasantly surprised that I breezed through the 20 minutes with flying colors. I even did an extra 5 minutes, just because I wanted to push myself.
Today I want to skip W6 and go straight to W7. I know that I can try it and back down to W6 if needed but was curious if anyone has skipped.
Have a great week and keep going!!!0 -
I was thinking about starting this week, if you would like to add me, it would be great!0

I will be starting my C25K next week to go along with my companies 'Biggest Loser' competition. I usually hate running. But, it has always been a goal of mine to run a 5k. So any friends would be lovelie to help cheer me on! I will be adding some of you as well.
Cheers!0 -
I just started this (again!) this week so if anyone wants to buddy up... :-)0

Hi this is great, i have completed the C25K before and it is amazing how it makes you feel when you get to a point of running none stop...sadly i have let it slip and although i visit the gym 3/4 times a week i would love to get back into it, therefore i am going to make it my mission to restart this week. Good luck and well done to you all... feel free to add me0

Soooooo - last night I skipped Week 6 and did Week 7 day 1. 5 min warm up, 25 min run, 5 min cool down. Felt great! I was definitely ready for the 25 minutes to be up however if I had pushed myself, I could have gone longer.
Currently I am running inside on a treadmill and I run SLOW!!!! 4.0 slow. My goal is to make it through the C25k program and then start working on pace and difficulty (incline, hills etc).
The inches are falling off and now I am starting to see my weight drop. I am 5'5 and 194lbs with a goal weight of 135. Last year I lost 40lbs and have kept it off. This year it's goal weight all the way! WE CAN DO THIS!0 -
Completed W2D1 today. Went 2.2 miles, burning 230 cals,0
-
After battling a nasty cold I've started over and completed W1D1 today0
-
After only completed 2 days of week 6 I am going back to week 5. Being feeling run down so want to be able to keep pushing myself without feeling like a failure.0
-
I'm on week 4 day 2 but I will probably repeat this week because the 5 mins is killing me. I will add you0
-
Finished W2D2 today - distance 2.2 miles, burning 210 cals.0

The C25K is absolutely amazing! Coming from a girl who was NEVER an athlete, I used this program on the tread mill (I work on a cruise ship, there is no nature!) and can now do a 5k in about 32 minute of average! Going to try and take this training onto land and scheduled my first real 5k in March! Training will commence on MFP - PLEASE feel free to add me as a friend! Anyone who is serious about making a change in their life!
You are all worth it!

I'm on week 7 Day 3...if someone had told me I'd be running 2.5 miles continuously I'd have laughed a few months ago...actually starting to love it now. Anyone can feel free to add me0
