    Well I must have done something wrong. I made these yesterday & although they were almost burnt on the outside but were gooey on the inside. not tastey at all.

    I just got finished eating mine and I am full! I did mine with a 128 gram banana (114 cal) 9 tlbs egg whites (75 cal) 1/2 cup sugar free syrup (20 cal) and some cinnamon. Cook just like you would a regular pancake. You could half this recipe it makes alot but I ate it. Oh and I mixed mine in my little blender, very impressed! Its a keeper.

    I made these a few weeks ago and I added 1 tbsp wheat flour, about 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, a few stevia packets, and about 1 tbsp cinnamon (I love cinnamon, haha). They were so good! :happy:

    I made these for my supper tonight. Very good and naturally sweet so it didn't need any syrup

    The only bananas I had were frozen but I just defrosted one and it blended easily with the eggs.

    Next time I will try some of the additions I've seen in the thread. I could have used more protein so a scoop of protein powder would have been a good add-in.
