it's funny how omelettes look so much better than scrambles but really end up exactly the same anyway. I only do omelettes when I have the correct pan and have some extra patience0

I actually prefer scrambled, cause the cheese gets mixed in! not that you were asking for my opinion0 -

The last couple I've made have had chilli jam in them, and that tastes sooooooo good when it's had a bit of time in contact with the pan so it caramelizes... YUM0 -

The one thing that would make this thread better would be... recipes. Anyone?0

Here's I soup that I make to clean out my freezer
Homemade chicken stock + cheese tortellini + roast turkey + spinach + a pinch of nutmeg and a parm rind for flavor.
PS: save your parm rinds in the freezer and add them to soup at the beginning of a simmer. Adds great flavor.0 -

I love tortellini soup so much (though I'm a vegetarian so I don't add the meat ) and I also really like add parmesan rinds to soups. Nutmeg + cheese is a heavily combination too. This is pretty much just a post that's full of things I love, haha.0 -

If you ask for a specific recipe, most people are happy to give it to you.
No one has time to type out recipes for everything they post.0 -
