Lunch: turkey sandwich with provolone, lettuce, spinach, cuc, and an apple
Dinners come with orange and toast, obviously!
Dinner 1: tuna/jalapeno/broccoli stuffed bell peppers
Dinner 2: chicken, brussels, acorn squash

Shrimp with peas, cauflower & chevre cheese mash, with tarragon. Stuffed in a green pepper and baked! Delicious! 306 calories0 -

This is what now qualifies as 'fast food' at our place. Steak. Caesar salad from the supermarket, avocado and olives.
I don't like the croutons that come in the salad bag, so I don't put any on my plate.

So now that I have it figured out, here are several of my suppers from the past couple of weeks:
Shake and bake chicken, roasted herbed sweet potato fries, sauteed mushrooms, and steamed zucchini and onion:
Chicken parmagian and caesar salad:
Ham, sauteed mushrooms, and Mccain potato/broccoli medley:
Maple-glazed salmon, steamed green beans, and potatoes mashed with garlic and cream cheese:

Maple-glazed salmon and wild rice-stuffed butternut squash:
Marinated steak, roasted brussel sprouts, roasted herbed sweet potato fries, and sauteed mushrooms and onions:
Seasoned tilapia, steamed green beans, and potatoes with peppercorn ranch dressing

Spaghetti squash!! With added sauce and corn of course one of my favorite low cal meals!!
I tried these 2 ingredient pancakes today!! Banana and egg whites! I couldn't believe how pancake-y they were! I topped it with some pb2, cinnamon, and low cal peach butter jam! Yuuummmm0 -

I've been eating a lot of the same foods the past weeks, but here's something new from tonight. My take on chrisdavey's protein brownies (added egg, subtracted peanut butter, added some shredded coconut and splenda - recipe here: http://cdnutritionandfitness.blogspot.com.au/2013/02/moist-chocolate-protein-brownies.html)
