Sure can, dez - Although, I don't really use a recipe?

    Into a bowl...
    2 mangoes, julienned
    1-2 med red peppers, julienned
    1 red onion, sliced thinly
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Dressing - combine all in a little jar and toss with the rest
1/2-1 Tbsp oil of choice (unflavoured or peanut if you like)
    2 Tbsp lime juice
    2 tsp fish sauce
    1 tsp chili garlic sauce

    Serves about 6 - 104 calories, 2g fat, 2g protein, 3g fiber.

Neither do I usually, but if I'd guessed I'd have come up with something close! LOL.

Chicken breast in a mixture of dukkah and olive oil (and salad):

^^ Not sure why I called you dez :blushing: You look like a dez to me, maybe? haha sorry! btw your food always looks gorgeous. I'd love to cook/eat with you some day.

Beautiful colours, great variety, and your protein always looks slamming. Love it  That chicken looks just mouth watering.

AMAZING meals everyone, thanks for the inspiration!
I've been aiming for about 2,000 calories a day, so the low-cal "meals" are generally snacks :P

Makeshift Mexican; Veggies and TVP with taco seasoning, sour cream, salsa and flatbread.

I actually do this on purpose. It keeps me from eating too big of portions, because I would just fill a bigger bowl up to the top too :).
I still eat 2.5 portions of cheerios with that bowl haha
  • my breakfast this morning: old-fashioned oats made with organic soy milk, 2 tbsp flaxseed meal, 1 tbsp organic powdered peanut butter, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, and 1/2 cup frozen raspberries :)
    DELICIOUS!
