    Cheerios, banana, coffee for breakfast
You need to get some bigger bowls, my friend

I actually do this on purpose. It keeps me from eating too big of portions, because I would just fill a bigger bowl up to the top too :).
I still eat 2.5 portions of cheerios with that bowl haha
Oh I know - I do the same thing. Thank goodness for food scales...

Chris - How do you make your okinomiyaki?? Looks fantastic! That LLL is one lucky lady...

I used egg whites, low fat mayo and low fat bacon. Also no tempura but seafood marinara mix.
Thank you! Do you use the okonomiyaki flour or just regular flour? I've never even see that at our asian markets... Grated yam sounds good but we haven't got mountain yam here either, I don't think. I do have cabbage, egg whites, and much of the other ingredients. Could sub seafood for bacon, for sure.... Hrmmm!

They look yummy! How many calories are they?

1,350 are so, a little less since I had leftover filling that I ate by itself, let's call it 1050 cals for the 3

    Bakery run at lunch today

My first thought was that I haven't seen such nice-looking pastries since I moved out of NJ. So I checked out your profile and of course you live in NJ.

(hope this pic works...it's my first!)

Shiritaki Noodle stir fry! Whole pack of noodles (40 calories!) + 2cups veggies (mushroom, onion, cabbage, carrot, red pepper, snap peas, etc), 2 oz. grilled chicken, 1.5 tablespoons spicy peanut sauce = HUGE LUNCH for under 200 cals

    IMG_20130210_135822.jpg

Sadly my lens was apparently dirty, but this was absolutely delicious! Cranberry maple oatmeal topped with a fried egg
    IMG_20130211_084526.jpg

Kale leek soup with a salad and various carbs. Nom.
    IMG_20130210_132938.jpg

    So much protein fluff...
    IMG_20130210_181817.jpg

Protein fluff with various toppings. Of course I ate both bowls in one sitting, it just looked nicer that way (and I could fit more toppings... yes.)
