That's insane.
It's telling me on the days I don't work out, eat 1850cals and on the days I do work out, eat 2350. I'm a bit skeptical about this.0 -

There is an almost 1000 calorie difference between my TDEE comparing the KatchMcArdle forumla to the Harris Benedict formula. That's a huge variance.
I know my BF% so if I put that in it auto chooses the KatchMcArdle, which gives me a TDEE of 1493 and when I play with the calculators on page 2, then to lose a pound a week, working out 4 times a week (moderately active), and having to eat less 900 calories a day!
MFP says 1200 cals, according to KatchMcArdle I'd only lose half a pound a week with that.
What BMR formula should I use? It makes a massive difference to what I can eat each day.0 -

I can't figure out how to change it to weight loss. It's only showing weight gain for me. Completely the opposite of what I'm trying to do :P0
